PNF训练对运动性肩袖损伤功能恢复的作用研究

    目的 探讨PNF训练对运动性肩袖损伤功能恢复的作用。方法 将46名运动性肩袖损伤大学生按性别分层并随机分为对照组(弹力带抗阻+被动关节活动度训练组)与实验组(PNF训练组),对相关指标进行检测。结果 训练后:两组VAS 评分、各手法实验疼痛阳性率均低于训练前水平,其中实验组又低于对照组;两组受试者肩关节各方向肌力、各方向主动活动度、改良UCLA肩关节评分等均高于训练前水平,其中实验组内旋肌力、内外旋的主动活动度、改良UCLA肩关节评分又高于对照组。结论 PNF康复训练可减轻运动性肩袖损伤的疼痛感,提高关节主动活动度、肌力及UCLA肩关节评分;PNF训练对运动性肩袖损伤功能改善作用要优于弹力带抗阻+被动关节活动度训练。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of PNF rehabilitation training on functional recovery of athletic rotator cuff injury.Methods Twenty-two young students with athletic rotator cuff injuries were stratified according to their gender and randomly divided into control group (resistance band + passive joint range of motion training group) and experimental group (PNF training group). The relevant indicators were detected. Results After training, VAS scores and pain positive rate in two groups were lower than the level before training, in which the experimental group was lower than the control group; muscle strength and active range in all directions﹠improved UCLA score of shoulder joint in the two groups were also higher than that before training, and the internal rotation muscle strength , the internal rotation and external rotation active range of motion﹠improved UCLA score of shoulder joint in the experimental group were also higher than that in the control group. Conclusions PNF rehabilitation training can reduce the pain of athletic rotator cuff injury of college students, improve the active range of motion, muscle strength and Improved UCLA shoulder joint score; the function recovery effect of PNF training is better than that of resistance band + passive range of motion training.
