    摘 要:目的:通过有限元方法研究颅骨厚度对颅内各项指标的影响。方法:选取第5百分位女性的头部进行CT扫描,构建生物仿真度较高的头部有限元模型,通过重构尸体试验,验证模型。建立不同颅骨厚度的头部有限元模型,进行多组试验,对比颅内各项指标数据。结果:试验结果表明相同的头部尺寸下,随着颅骨厚度的减小颅内压负值受到的影响较大,呈现下降趋势,颅内压正值受到影响较小,但是呈现上升趋势,脑组织剪切应力以及von Mises应力会相对增大,增长幅度较大。结论:相同头部尺寸下,颅骨厚度一定程度上会影响头部的损伤,颅骨厚度小的人相较颅骨厚度大的人更容易受伤。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: The influence of skull thickness on intracranial indexes was studied by finite element method. Methods: The head of the woman at the 5th percentile was selected for CT scanning to construct a finite element model of the head with high biosimulation degree, and the model was verified by reconstructed cadaver test. The finite element model of the head with different skull thickness was established, and multiple groups of tests were carried out to compare the intracranial index data.Results: The results showed that the negative value of intracranial pressure was significantly affected with the decrease of skull thickness under the same head size, and the negative value of intracranial pressure was slightly affected, but the shear stress and von Mises stress of brain tissue were significantly increased with the increase of skull thickness.Conclusion: Under the same head size, the skull thickness will affect the head injury to a certain extent, and people with a small skull thickness are more likely to be injured than those with a large skull thickness.
